This heavy dye cast key is set on a 16" x 7" cherry finish plaque. Included is a presentation box.

We'll include your company's logo or city seal for free. Send it to info@schoppy.com with the confirmation number from your order.

Engraving Policies & Instructions

Engraving can be submitted by the following methods:

  1. Online: during the check out process of placing an order
  2. By email: you will receive a form after placing an order to submit any logos or engraving
  3. By email: Typed directly into the email or using Microsoft Word
    Please reference your order number in the subject line for easy referencing.
  4. By Fax: (this method is not recommended) Must be typed, no hand-written engraving will be accepted [609-653-8086]
    Please reference your order number on the cover sheet, as well as, each sheet being faxed for easy referencing.


Free Engraving unless otherwise noted.

ALL ENGRAVING IS CENTERED BY DEFAULT

Logos & Graphics:

Logos and other graphics can be engraved on certain awards for NO additonal charge. We accept EPS, TIFF and JPEG files. Camera Ready or Vector Artwork will insure the best results. You will receive an email proof of your logo and engraving before production begins (Crystal, Glass & Plaques).

Spelling:

You must check all your spelling prior to sending engraving. We are not responsible for your typographical errors.

How can I pay? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Pay Pal and P.O.'s (Purchase Order Accounts must be setup prior to ordering and may require a valid credit card).   

How much are shipping charges? 

Our shipping charges are based on weight of package and distance of destination from our facility.   

When will my order Ship?

After an order is placed it takes 2-5 days for processing, production and engraving, then your order will ship.

How do i know my payments are secure? 

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If I have an issue with my order, what should I do? 

Please contact our Customer Service Department at 609-653-1684. Please have your order number or email address associated with your account available.   

Can I enter my engraving online? 

Yes you can! During the purchase process you will be able to add engraving to each item ordered.
Remember all engraving will be centered.

Where is my order? 
If you want to see the current status of your order just log in to your account and check the status.   

I have not received any emails from you about my order, why? 

Our system automatically updates you and sends out emails. Unfortunately, certain email providers block our emails and label them SPAM. Services such as Gmail, Hotmail & Yahoo Mail are our main issue. Please check your SPAM folder for your email from us, If you still can't find your emails from us, just give us a call and we'll give you the info you're looking for.   

Can I Put Engraving Text on a Custom Award? 

Yes you can! 
All awards have an an engraving plate area. Engraving text cannot always be put on the custom award itself, but can always be put on an engraving plate.   

Can I put extra text on or around my submitted logo? 
Yes you can!
