Return an Item

 

Engraved Items are Not Returnable

All returns must be made within 15 days and must have a return authorization number. Please call or email us for a return authorization number and include this number with your return. All Items must be returned in original condition in original packaging. All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%. Merchandise returned for credit without prior authorization will be not be honored. All authorized returns must be properly packaged and returned in the same condition received. Engraved Items are not returnable. Please insure and track all return packages. Schoppy’s is not responsible for packages or items lost during return shipping.

Goods Damaged in Transit

All merchandise that leaves our facility in Linwood is inspected and shipped in perfect condition. If you received any packages damaged or short and the driver is still available have the driver make a note of the condition. Keep the outside shipping carton and damaged merchandise in the condition it was received. Contact the shipping carrier immediately to request an inspection and file a claim. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Should the damage not be discovered until after the goods are unpacked, it should be reported at once to the carrier who will then make an inspection and grant a concealed damage claim.

Shortages

All items are packaged, counted, and double-checked before leaving our Linwood facility. In the unlikely event of a shortage, all shortages must be reported to Schoppy’s within 48 hours after receiving package. We will not be held responsible for shortages not reported within the 48 hour timeframe.

Defective Merchandise

If merchandise is received defective, all claims must be made within 10 business days of goods received. NO EXCEPTIONS.
