Engraving can be submitted by the following methods:
- Online: during the check out process of placing an order
- By email: you will receive a form after placing an order to submit any logos or engraving
- By email: Typed directly into the email or using Microsoft Word
Please reference your order number in the subject line for easy referencing. - By Fax: (this method is not recommended) Must be typed, no
hand-written engraving will be accepted

Logos & Graphics:
Logos and other graphics can be engraved on certain awards for NO additonal charge. We accept EPS, TIFF and JPEG files. Camera Ready or Vector Artwork will insure the best results. You will receive an email proof of your logo and engraving before production begins (Crystal, Glass & Plaques).
Spelling:
You must check all your spelling prior to sending engraving. We are not responsible for your typographical errors.
