How would I place my order? 

All orders must be placed on Schoppy.com. 

How can I pay? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and P.O.'s (Purchase Order Accounts must be setup prior to ordering and may require a valid credit card).   

How much are shipping charges? 

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the distance to the destination from our facility.   

When will my order Ship?

After an order is placed it takes 4-5 days for processing, production and engraving. Many Engraved orders ship faster than 4-5 days but this is our average in House standard. Contact us if you need faster. 

When placing an order and giving us your need by date add 5 business days for in house production plus ship time to you and this gives you a close estimate.

How do i know my payments are secure? 

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If I have an issue with my order, what should I do? 
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 609-653-1684. Please have your order number or email address associated with your account available and provide pictures if applicable.   
Where is my order? 
If you want to see the current status of your order just log in to your account and check the status.   
I have not received any emails from you about my order, why? 
Our system automatically updates you and sends out emails. Unfortunately, certain email providers block our emails and label them spam. Please check your spam folder for your email from us if you cannot see it in your inbox.
